Rather than thicken the walls of our bats to bring them in line with BBCOR standards, we inserted a 1 wide graphite band. Not only does this band give the bat the lowest swing weight available for a 2 5/8 BBCOR barrel, its small enough that the sweet spot feels just like your BESR bat.
